Responsibilities
- End-to-end ownership of 15-20 premium annual events (galas, product launches, conferences)
- Manage $500K+ budgets with meticulous financial tracking and vendor negotiations
- Cultivate strategic partnerships with top-tier venues, caterers, and production teams
- Lead cross-functional teams of designers, marketers, and technical specialists
- Implement data-driven post-event analytics to measure ROI and enhance future experiences
- Oversee crisis management protocols for on-site troubleshooting
Qualifications
- 7+ years in luxury events management with corporate or high-end brand experience
- Proven expertise in complex logistics, budgeting, and contract management
- Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation preferred
- Exceptional proficiency in event tech (Cvent, Bizzabo, Aventri)
- Strong portfolio showcasing 5+ successful large-scale events
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or related field
- Fluency in Spanish (highly desirable for San Antonio market)
