Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, plan, and execute end-to-end events (50+ attendees) including corporate galas, product launches, and international conferences
- Manage multi-million dollar budgets, negotiate vendor contracts, and optimize cost structures without compromising quality
- Lead cross-functional teams of designers, technicians, and marketing specialists to ensure cohesive event delivery
- Develop innovative event strategies aligned with client brand identity and business objectives
- Oversee crisis management protocols and on-site troubleshooting during live events
- Analyze post-event metrics and ROI reports to refine future event strategies
- Cultivate strategic partnerships with premium venues, vendors, and industry influencers
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field with 5+ years of senior-level experience
- Proven track record managing large-scale events ($500K+ budget) across multiple industries
- Expertise in event technology platforms (Cvent, Eventbrite) and digital event integration
- Exceptional project management skills with ability to coordinate 15+ simultaneous tasks
- Strong financial acumen including budget forecasting, P&L management, and vendor negotiations
- Fluency in event safety protocols, ADA compliance, and international event regulations
- Portfolio demonstrating innovative event design and execution excellence
- Ability to travel domestically/internationally up to 40% of the time
