Responsibilities
- End-to-end management of complex corporate and cultural events (50-500+ attendees)
- Develop innovative event concepts aligned with client brand objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams including vendors, designers, and technical specialists
- Manage multi-million pound budgets with rigorous financial oversight
- Negotiate contracts with premium venues, suppliers, and talent agencies
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans for all event scenarios
- Drive post-event analytics to measure ROI and deliver actionable insights
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in senior event management with £500k+ budget experience
- Proven track record of executing high-profile corporate and cultural events
- Strong knowledge of London's event landscape, venues, and regulatory requirements
- Expertise in budget forecasting, contract negotiation, and vendor management
- Exceptional project management and crisis resolution capabilities
- Proficiency in event technology platforms (Cvent, Aventri, Eventbrite)
- Relevant degree or certification in Events Management or Hospitality
