Responsibilities
- Design and deliver 12-15 premium events annually across EMEA, managing budgets up to £500K
- Lead cross-functional teams including vendors, venues, and creative agencies
- Develop innovative event concepts aligned with client marketing objectives
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and crisis management protocols
- Analyze post-event ROI data and optimize future experiences
- Build strategic partnerships with luxury venues and exclusive suppliers
- Mentor junior staff and drive continuous improvement in event delivery
Qualifications
- 7+ years in corporate event management with £250K+ budget experience
- Proven track record of producing international conferences and summits
- Advanced proficiency in event tech (Cvent, Bizzabo, Aventri)
- Exceptional stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- Relevant degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or Business Management
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven event optimization
- Certification in Event Management (CEM, CMP) preferred
- Fluency in English with additional European languages advantageous
