Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic planning and execution of large-scale corporate events and conferences.
- Manage end-to-end vendor relations, including catering, A/V production, and venue logistics.
- Develop and track event budgets to ensure maximum ROI and profitability.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to drive registration and attendee engagement.
- Conduct site visits and manage on-site operations to ensure seamless delivery.
- Analyze post-event data and feedback to refine future strategy and operations.
- Mentor junior event coordinators to foster team growth and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in corporate event management or agency environments.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar event budgets.
- Exceptional negotiation skills and a deep network of reliable industry vendors.
- Proficiency in event management software (e.g., Cvent, SplashThat, or Bizzabo).
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment while meeting tight deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
