Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and execute end-to-end event strategies from ideation to post-event analysis
- Manage budgets exceeding $500K while ensuring ROI optimization
- Lead cross-functional teams including vendors, caterers, and AV specialists
- Develop and maintain relationships with high-profile clients and stakeholders
- Oversee event logistics including venue selection, vendor contracts, and risk management
- Analyze post-event metrics to drive continuous improvement strategies
- Mentor junior staff and foster a collaborative, high-performance culture
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in luxury events management
- Proven track record of managing complex corporate events (500+ attendees)
- Expertise in budget management and vendor negotiation
- Certification in Event Management (e.g., CMP, CMM) preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and crisis management skills
- Strong proficiency in event technology platforms (e.g., Cvent, Eventbrite)
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or related field
