Responsibilities
- End-to-end management of corporate events (50-500+ attendees), including concept development, budgeting, vendor coordination, and timeline execution
- Lead cross-functional teams across design, marketing, and logistics to ensure flawless event delivery
- Negotiate contracts with venues, suppliers, and talent while maintaining cost-efficiency and quality standards
- Implement innovative technology solutions (event apps, VR experiences) to enhance attendee engagement
- Conduct post-event analysis and ROI reporting to drive continuous improvement
- Mentor junior staff and develop scalable event frameworks for recurring initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive experience in corporate events management with proven success in large-scale productions
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or related field; CMP certification preferred
- Expert proficiency in event management software (Cvent, Eventbrite) and budgeting tools
- Exceptional vendor network with established relationships in NYC's event industry
- Strong crisis management skills with ability to adapt to dynamic on-site challenges
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ complex events with measurable impact (client testimonials required)
- Valid driver's license and willingness for occasional travel to satellite offices
