Responsibilities
- End-to-end ownership of complex event portfolios (£500k+ budgets)
- Strategic vendor management and contract negotiation with premium suppliers
- Crisis management and on-site execution for multi-day international events
- Lead cross-functional teams (creative, production, digital marketing)
- Develop innovative event tech integrations (AR/VR, live streaming)
- Post-event ROI analysis and client relationship cultivation
- Mentor junior event coordinators and drive team excellence
Qualifications
- 7+ years in events management with 3+ years in senior leadership
- Proven success with corporate/conference events (500+ attendees)
- Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) or equivalent qualification
- Expertise in budget forecasting and financial management
- Exceptional stakeholder management and client presentation skills
- Proficiency in event tech platforms (Cvent, Bizzabo, Aventri)
- Portfolio demonstrating award-winning event productions
- Valid UK driving license and passport for international travel
