Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle event planning and execution for 15+ high-profile corporate/luxury events annually
- Manage $500K+ event budgets with meticulous cost optimization and vendor negotiations
- Develop innovative event concepts aligned with client brand narratives and KPIs
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including creative, production, and marketing stakeholders
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and ensure flawless on-site event delivery
- Leverage data analytics to measure event ROI and drive continuous improvement
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with premium venues and vendors
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive experience in corporate/luxury events management
- Proven track record executing events with 500+ attendees and $500K+ budgets
- Expertise in event technology platforms (e.g., Cvent, Eventbrite, Bizzabo)
- Exceptional vendor management and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical capabilities with experience in post-event reporting
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with competing priorities
- Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation preferred
