Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic planning and execution of large-scale corporate conferences, product launches, and high-stakes gala dinners.
- Manage multi-million dollar event budgets, ensuring cost-efficiency while maintaining premium quality standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including design, marketing, and technology to ensure brand consistency across all event touchpoints.
- Oversee on-site production teams to guarantee seamless execution and immediate problem-solving during live event windows.
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with premium venues and high-tier vendors in the NYC metropolitan area.
- Analyze event performance metrics (ROI, NPS) and provide comprehensive post-event analytical reports to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; CMP or CSEP certification preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in high-end event management or technical event production.
- Proven track record of successfully managing events with over 1,500 attendees and complex logistics.
- Exceptional negotiation skills and a deep network of industry contacts within the New York event circuit.
- Proficiency in enterprise event management software (e.g., Cvent, Bizzabo) and modern project management tools like Asana or Monday.com.
- Strong leadership capabilities with a history of managing diverse, multi-disciplinary production teams under high-pressure deadlines.
