Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, plan, and deliver premium events (corporate, conferences, product launches) for Fortune 500 clients
- Manage multi-million pound budgets, negotiate vendor contracts, and optimize cost-efficiency
- Lead cross-functional teams (design, marketing, tech) to ensure seamless execution
- Develop innovative event tech integrations (AR/VR, live streaming, interactive apps)
- Conduct post-event analytics and ROI reporting to drive continuous improvement
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and industry influencers
Qualifications
- 5+ years in senior events management with experience scaling international events
- Proven expertise in budget management and vendor negotiations
- Certification in Event Management (CIM, MPI, or equivalent)
- Advanced proficiency in Cvent, Eventbrite, and CRM platforms
