Responsibilities
- Design, manage, and execute end-to-end corporate events (conferences, galas, product launches) with budgets exceeding $500K
- Led cross-functional teams of 10+ vendors, venues, and staff to ensure flawless event delivery
- Develop innovative event concepts aligned with client brand objectives and ROI targets
- Oversee budget management, contract negotiations, and vendor procurement processes
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Conduct post-event analysis and generate comprehensive performance reports
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging event technologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field
- 7+ years of progressive events management experience with corporate clients
- Proven success managing complex events with budgets over $500K
- Expertise in vendor management, contract negotiation, and budget oversight
- Strong proficiency in event management software (e.g., Cvent, Eventbrite)
- Exceptional project management and crisis resolution skills
- Portfolio demonstrating 15+ successful large-scale events
- Certification in Event Management (CMP preferred)
