Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end event lifecycle: ideation, planning, production, and post-event analysis
- Manage multi-million dollar budgets and negotiate strategic vendor partnerships
- Lead cross-functional teams including designers, technicians, and coordinators
- Develop innovative event concepts aligned with client brand objectives
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and crisis management protocols
- Analyze KPIs to drive continuous improvement in event ROI
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field
- 7+ years progressive experience in high-end events production
- Proven expertise managing budgets $500K+
- Proficiency in event management software (Cvent, Aventri)
- Exceptional vendor network in NYC metro area
- Strong project management and leadership credentials
- Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation preferred
