Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive event strategies for 15+ annual client engagements across North America
- Lead hybrid event production integrating virtual platforms (Hopin, Zoom) with in-person experiences
- Manage $1.5M+ budgets with meticulous vendor negotiations and contract oversight
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (AV, logistics, creative) to ensure seamless execution
- Develop post-event analytics reports measuring ROI and attendee engagement metrics
- Build and maintain relationships with C-suite stakeholders to align events with business objectives
Qualifications
- 8+ years in corporate event management with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven expertise producing large-scale (500+ attendee) hybrid or in-person events
- Advanced proficiency in event tech platforms (Cvent, Bizzabo, Aventri)
- Strong financial acumen with budget management and P&L responsibility
- Exceptional crisis management skills with live troubleshooting experience
- Portfolio demonstrating innovative event design and measurable impact
- BS/BA in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field
