- Lead end-to-end event planning from ideation to post-event analysis
- Manage budgets exceeding $500K while maintaining cost efficiency
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external vendors
- Develop innovative event concepts aligned with client brand narratives
- Oversee logistics for 50-500 attendee corporate conferences and galas
- Analyze KPIs and ROI for continuous improvement
- Mentor junior staff and foster collaborative team culture
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or related field
- 7+ years of progressive event management experience
- Proven success executing high-profile corporate events
- Expertise in budget management and vendor negotiations
- Strong knowledge of NYC venue landscape and regulations
- Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation preferred
- Advanced proficiency in event management software (e.g., Cvent, Eventbrite)
- Exceptional problem-solving and crisis management abilities
