Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, plan, and execute 15+ premium events annually (£500k+ budget range)
- Lead cross-functional teams including vendors, agencies, and internal stakeholders
- Manage vendor negotiations and contracts while maintaining strict budget controls
- Develop innovative event tech solutions (AR/VR, live streaming, interactive platforms)
- Conduct post-event ROI analysis and optimize future strategies
- Maintain relationships with Fortune 500 clients and C-level executives
- Ensure compliance with international event regulations and sustainability standards
Qualifications
- 7+ years in corporate events management with £250k+ budget experience
- Proven track record executing 50+ large-scale events (500+ attendees)
- Advanced proficiency in event management software (Cvent, Bizzabo, Aventri)
- Strong vendor network across UK/Europe with preferred partner status
- PMP or CMP certification highly desirable
- Exceptional crisis management skills with 0 major incident record
- Fluency in English with additional European language a plus
