Responsibilities
- End-to-end management of 15+ annual events including product launches, conferences, and experiential activations
- Lead cross-functional teams of vendors, designers, and coordinators to execute flawless logistics
- Develop and manage event budgets exceeding £500K while ensuring cost efficiency
- Create innovative event concepts aligned with brand objectives and audience engagement metrics
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with top-tier venues, suppliers, and industry stakeholders
- Implement post-event analytics to measure ROI and inform future strategy
- Mentor junior team members and drive best practices across the events department
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years progressive experience in corporate events management with 3+ years in leadership
- Proven track record executing large-scale events (500+ attendees) with budgets over £300K
- Exceptional project management skills with ability to manage complex timelines and multiple stakeholders
- Strong vendor negotiation and contract management expertise
- Relevant degree in Events Management, Hospitality, or Marketing (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in event tech platforms (Cvent, Eventbrite, Aventri) and CRM systems
- Fluency in English; additional European languages highly desirable
