Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, plan, and execute 15+ premium events annually (200-500 attendees)
- Manage $2M+ event budgets with meticulous financial oversight
- Lead cross-functional teams including vendors, agencies, and internal stakeholders
- Develop innovative event tech integrations (AR/VR, hybrid streaming)
- Conduct post-event ROI analysis and optimization reporting
- Negotiate contracts with premium venues and exclusive vendor partners
- Ensure ADA compliance and inclusive attendee experiences
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or Marketing
- 7+ years progressive experience in corporate event production
- Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation preferred
- Expertise in crisis management and contingency planning
- Proven success managing hybrid/virtual event platforms
- Advanced proficiency in Cvent, Bizzabo, and Salesforce
- Portfolio demonstrating $500K+ budget events
- Exceptional stakeholder communication and presentation skills
