Responsibilities
- End-to-end ownership of complex events from conception to execution, managing budgets up to £500k
- Lead cross-functional teams including vendors, designers, and technical specialists
- Develop innovative event strategies aligned with client brand objectives and sustainability goals
- Oversees crisis management protocols and ensures flawless on-site execution
- Drive digital integration through hybrid event platforms and AR/VR experiences
- Conduct post-event analysis and ROI reporting for continuous improvement
- Maintain strategic relationships with premium venue partners and suppliers
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field
- 7+ years progressive experience in corporate event management with international exposure
- Proven track record managing events with 500+ attendees and £200k+ budgets
- Expertise in sustainable event practices and certification (e.g., ISO 20121)
- Advanced proficiency in event management software (Cvent, Bizzabo) and CRM systems
- Exceptional stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation preferred
- Fluency in English with additional European language advantageous
