Responsibilities
- End-to-end execution of 10+ premium annual events with budgets up to $2M
- Cultivate strategic partnerships with luxury venues, vendors, and production teams
- Lead cross-functional teams across design, marketing, and operations
- Develop innovative event concepts leveraging AR/VR and sustainable practices
- Manage crisis protocols and ensure flawless attendee experiences
- Analyze post-event ROI and optimize future strategies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in events management with 3+ in senior leadership
- Portfolio showcasing 50+ executed events (corporate/consumer focus)
- PMP or CEM certification preferred
- Expertise in budget forecasting and contract negotiation
- Advanced proficiency in Cvent, Aventri, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Proven crisis management with major incidents (e.g., weather cancellations)
- Fluency in English and Spanish (bonus: Mandarin/French)
