Responsibilities
- End-to-end management of corporate conferences, product launches, and experiential marketing campaigns
- Strategic vendor coordination and contract negotiation with premium venues and suppliers
- Development and execution of detailed event budgets with 95% cost-efficiency
- Lead cross-functional teams including designers, AV specialists, and digital content creators
- Post-event analytics and ROI reporting to client stakeholders
- Crisis management and real-time problem resolution during high-profile events
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or related field with 5+ years events experience
- Proven track record managing budgets exceeding $500K for 200+ guest events
- Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation preferred
- Expert proficiency in event management software (Cvent, Eventbrite, Bizzabo)
- Exceptional negotiation skills and vendor relationship management
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with competing priorities
