Responsibilities
- End-to-end ownership of 15+ high-profile corporate events annually, managing budgets up to $500K
- Lead cross-functional teams including vendors, designers, and technical staff to deliver seamless experiences
- Develop innovative event concepts aligned with client brand objectives and ROI metrics
- Negotiate contracts with venues, vendors, and partners to optimize costs and quality
- Implement post-event analytics to measure success and derive actionable insights
- Manage client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business opportunities
- Oversee risk mitigation strategies and ensure compliance with industry regulations
Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive experience in corporate/luxury event management with $250K+ budget oversight
- Proven track record of executing complex multi-day events across diverse industries
- Exceptional vendor management and negotiation skills with established industry network
- Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation preferred
- Expertise in budget management, financial forecasting, and expense tracking
- Strong proficiency in event technology platforms (Cvent, Eventbrite, etc.)
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments with competing priorities
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or related field
