Responsibilities
- End-to-end management of corporate events (conferences, product launches, galas) for Fortune 500 clients
- Develop and execute comprehensive event strategies aligned with client business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams including vendors, designers, and marketing specialists
- Manage multi-million-pound budgets with rigorous financial oversight and reporting
- Oversee venue sourcing, vendor negotiations, and contract management
- Implement risk mitigation protocols and contingency planning
- Conduct post-event analysis and ROI reporting
Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive experience in events management with 3+ years in senior roles
- Proven track record managing budgets over £500,000
- Certification in Event Management (CSEP, CMP, or equivalent)
- Exceptional project management and multitasking abilities
- Strong vendor network and negotiation expertise
- Proficiency in event management software (Cvent, Aventri)
- Fluent in English with outstanding communication skills
