Responsibilities
- Plan and execute corporate conferences, product launches, and luxury brand experiences ($500K+ budgets)
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with venues, caterers, and AV partners
- Lead cross-functional teams including creative, marketing, and operations
- Develop detailed event timelines, risk mitigation plans, and contingency strategies
- Analyze post-event metrics and deliver comprehensive ROI reports to stakeholders
- Drive innovation in event technology and sustainable practices
Qualifications
- 8+ years in events management with 3+ years in senior leadership roles
- Proven track record managing complex events with budgets exceeding $500K
- Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation preferred
- Expertise in venue sourcing, contract negotiation, and vendor management
- Advanced proficiency in event tech platforms (Cvent, Bizzabo, Aventri)
- Exceptional project management and crisis resolution abilities
- Portfolio demonstrating successful luxury/corporate event executions
