We're seeking a dynamic Senior Events Manager to conceptualize and execute high-impact corporate conferences, product launches, and luxury brand activations across Europe. As a key member of our London-based team, you'll lead end-to-end event management while mentoring junior staff and collaborating with C-suite clients. You'll have the opportunity to work with Fortune 500 companies and innovative startups, creating memorable experiences that drive business growth and brand loyalty.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute 15+ high-profile events annually with budgets up to £500K
- Manage client relationships from pitch to post-event analysis, exceeding KPIs
- Lead cross-functional teams of designers, vendors, and technical specialists
- Develop innovative event concepts aligned with client brand values and objectives
- Oversee logistics including venue sourcing, vendor management, and risk mitigation
- Analyze event ROI and provide strategic recommendations for future activations
- Mentor junior staff and drive continuous improvement in event delivery processes
Qualifications
- 5+ years of senior-level event management experience with £100K+ budgets
- Proven track record executing corporate conferences and brand activations
- Strong vendor network and negotiation skills across London/Europe
- Certification in Event Management (e.g., CMP, CMM) or equivalent
- Advanced proficiency in event tech platforms (Cvent, Bizzabo, Aventri)
- Exceptional project management with meticulous attention to detail
- Fluency in English; additional European languages highly desirable
- Valid UK driving license and willingness to travel internationally
