Responsibilities
- End-to-end management of 15+ premium events annually, from conception to post-event analysis
- Lead cross-functional teams including vendors, designers, and marketing specialists
- Develop innovative event concepts aligned with client brand narratives
- Manage multi-million pound budgets with meticulous financial oversight
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with top-tier venues and suppliers
- Implement data-driven event optimization strategies using analytics platforms
- Ensure compliance with international safety and sustainability standards
Qualifications
- 7+ years in events management with 3+ years in senior leadership roles
- Proven track record executing high-profile corporate/luxury events (minimum 50+ events)
- Strong vendor negotiation and contract management expertise
- Advanced proficiency in event management software (Cvent, Aventri)
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities during live event execution
- Relevant degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or Marketing
- Fluency in English with additional European language skills highly desirable
