Responsibilities
- Design and execute 15+ premium events annually with budgets up to $500K
- Manage cross-functional teams including vendors, venues, and creative partners
- Develop comprehensive event strategies aligned with client KPIs and brand identity
- Oversee risk management, contingency planning, and compliance protocols
- Analyze post-event metrics to drive continuous improvement strategies
- Mentor junior staff and optimize vendor relationships
Qualifications
- 7+ years in corporate events management with $100K+ budget experience
- Proven success executing 50+ large-scale events (minimum 500 attendees)
- Certification in CMP or CSEP preferred
- Expertise in event tech platforms (Cvent, Eventbrite, Aventri)
- Strong vendor negotiation and contract management skills
- Exceptional crisis resolution and on-site leadership abilities
- Portfolio demonstrating innovative event design and measurable ROI
