Responsibilities
- Oversee entire event lifecycle from conception to post-event analysis, managing budgets up to $2M
- Develop innovative event concepts aligned with client brand objectives and KPIs
- Lead cross-functional teams of vendors, designers, and production specialists
- Negotiate contracts with venues, caterers, and AV partners while optimizing costs
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Manage stakeholder communications and deliver executive-level progress reports
- Leverage data analytics to measure ROI and refine future event strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field
- 7+ years of progressive experience in corporate or luxury events
- Proven track record managing events with 500+ attendees and $1M+ budgets
- Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation preferred
- Expertise in venue sourcing, vendor negotiations, and contract management
- Advanced proficiency in event management software (Cvent, Eventbrite, Aventri)
- Exceptional project management and crisis resolution capabilities
- Portfolio demonstrating successful large-scale event execution
