Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, budget, and manage end-to-end execution of 15+ premium annual events (galas, product launches, conferences) with budgets $500K+
- Leverage vendor networks and negotiate contracts with venues, caterers, AV providers, and creative agencies
- Lead cross-functional teams including designers, logistics coordinators, and client stakeholders
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and crisis management protocols for live events
- Analyze post-event ROI metrics and optimize future experiences using data-driven insights
- Maintain client relationships through proactive communication and strategic partnership development
Qualifications
- 8+ years progressive experience in corporate/luxury event management with $500K+ budgets
- Proven expertise managing complex logistics across multiple geographies
- Certification in CMP (Certified Meeting Professional) or CEM (Certified in Exhibition Management)
- Advanced proficiency in event tech (Cvent, Bizzabo, Eventbrite) and CRM systems
- Exceptional vendor negotiation and contract management skills
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ flagship events with measurable impact
- Ability to thrive under pressure with meticulous attention to detail
