Responsibilities
- End-to-end ownership of complex corporate events (500+ attendees) from conception through post-event analysis
- Develop innovative event concepts aligned with client brand objectives and industry trends
- Manage $500K+ budgets, negotiate vendor contracts, and optimize resource allocation
- Lead cross-functional teams including creative, production, and marketing stakeholders
- Implement digital engagement strategies (hybrid/virtual components) for global audiences
- Conduct post-event ROI analysis and data-driven recommendations for future activations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field
- 7+ years progressive experience in corporate event management with 3+ in leadership
- Proven track record executing large-scale B2B events ($500K+ budgets)
- Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation preferred
- Expertise in virtual/hybrid event platforms (Hopin, Zoom Events, etc.)
- Advanced proficiency in event management software (Cvent, Bizzabo)
- Exceptional negotiation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
