Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of 15+ high-profile annual events (corporate galas, product launches, international conferences)
- Manage $2M+ event budgets with meticulous financial oversight and vendor negotiation
- Develop innovative event concepts and immersive experiences aligned with brand objectives
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including creative, production, and marketing stakeholders
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Analyze post-event metrics to drive continuous improvement and ROI optimization
- Cultivate strategic partnerships with premium venues and vendors across global markets
Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive experience in corporate/luxury event management with $500K+ budget oversight
- Proven track record executing complex events for Fortune 500 clients or global brands
- Expertise in venue sourcing, vendor management, and production logistics at scale
- Strong project management certification (PMP or CEM preferred)
- Exceptional crisis management and problem-solving abilities under pressure
- Advanced proficiency in event tech platforms (Cvent, Aventri, Eventbrite)
- Demonstrated leadership managing teams of 5+ professionals
- Portfolio showcasing 5+ signature events with measurable impact
