Responsibilities
- Plan and execute premium corporate events (conferences, product launches, galas) with budgets up to $500K
- Lead cross-functional teams including vendors, designers, and internal stakeholders
- Develop innovative event concepts aligned with client brand objectives
- Manage event budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships
- Conduct post-event analysis and ROI reporting
- Mentor junior team members and drive process improvements
- Stay current with industry trends and technology integrations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive events management experience with corporate/luxury brands
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or related field
- Proven track record of managing events with 500+ attendees
- Expertise in budget management and contract negotiation
- Strong vendor network in the NYC events ecosystem
- Proficiency in event management software (e.g., Cvent, Eventbrite)
- Exceptional project management and problem-solving abilities
- Certification in event management (CMP preferred)
