Responsibilities
- Design and execute 15+ annual events including multi-day conferences, galas, and pop-up activations
- Manage $500K+ budgets across vendor contracts, venue logistics, and production elements
- Lead cross-functional teams of designers, marketers, and technical specialists
- Develop innovative event concepts aligned with client brand narratives and KPIs
- Implement digital engagement strategies including hybrid event platforms and AR integrations
- Conduct post-event analytics to measure ROI and derive actionable insights
- Build and maintain relationships with premium venue partners and vendors
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, or related field
- 7+ years experience producing corporate events with $300K+ budgets
- Proven expertise in hybrid event production and virtual platform management
- Advanced proficiency in Cvent, Bizzabo, or similar event tech stacks
- Exceptional project management with PMP certification preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful large-scale event execution
- Strong negotiation skills with venue and vendor contracts
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with competing priorities
