- Conceptualize, plan, and execute 15-20 premium events annually (corporate conferences, product launches, galas)
- Manage $500K+ event budgets with meticulous financial oversight and vendor negotiations
- Lead cross-functional teams including creative, production, and marketing stakeholders
- Develop innovative event strategies aligned with client brand objectives and KPIs
- Implement post-event analytics to measure ROI and optimize future experiences
- Cultivate strategic partnerships with premium venues and vendors across California
- Maintain crisis management protocols for flawless on-site execution
Qualifications
- 8+ years in high-end event management with corporate/luxury portfolio
- Proven budget management for $500K+ events with 98%+ execution success
- Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation required
- Expert proficiency in event tech platforms (Cvent, Eventbrite, Aventri)
- Exceptional vendor negotiation and contract management skills
- Experience leading teams of 10+ event professionals
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-pressure stakeholder environments
