Responsibilities
- End-to-end planning and execution of 15+ high-value annual events (50-5000 attendees)
- Lead cross-functional teams including vendors, agencies, and internal stakeholders
- Manage £2M+ event budgets with rigorous financial oversight
- Develop innovative event concepts leveraging AR/VR and sustainable practices
- Forge strategic partnerships with top-tier venues and suppliers globally
- Measure ROI through post-event analytics and KPI reporting
- Mitigate risks with comprehensive contingency planning protocols
Qualifications
- 7+ years in senior event management with £1M+ budget experience
- Proven track record of executing international corporate conferences
- Advanced certification in Event Management (CSEP, CMP, or equivalent)
- Expertise in Cvent, Aventri, or similar event tech platforms
- Exceptional crisis management and vendor negotiation skills
- Portfolio showcasing 5+ award-winning event campaigns
- Fluency in English with proficiency in at least one additional language
