Responsibilities
- Design, budget, and execute 15+ annual events (200-2,000 attendees) across corporate, nonprofit, and entertainment sectors
- Lead cross-functional teams including AV, catering, and security vendors with zero incident records
- Develop immersive event concepts using VR/AR technology and sustainable practices
- Manage $1M+ event portfolios while achieving 98% client satisfaction scores
- Oversee post-event analytics to measure ROI and optimize future experiences
- Maintain strategic partnerships with premium venues and industry influencers
Qualifications
- 8+ years in event management with 3+ years in senior leadership roles
- Proven success executing 50+ events with budgets exceeding $500K
- Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation required
- Expertise in Cvent, Bizzabo, and Adobe Experience Manager
- Strong crisis management skills with flawless event safety records
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ complex event productions with measurable outcomes
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or related field
