Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and execute 15+ premium events annually (corporate galas, product launches, luxury weddings)
- Manage end-to-end event production including vendor negotiations, budget control, and timeline management
- Lead cross-functional teams of designers, marketers, and technical specialists
- Develop innovative event technology solutions (AR/VR experiences, interactive installations)
- Conduct post-event analysis and ROI reporting for C-suite stakeholders
- Maintain relationships with 50+ premium venue and vendor partners
- Mentor junior staff and implement best practice protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive events management experience
- Proven track record of executing events with budgets $500K+
- Strong negotiation skills with luxury vendors and venues
- Expertise in event technology platforms (Cvent, Social Tables)
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with competing priorities
- Exceptional project management and problem-solving abilities
- PMP or CMP certification strongly preferred
