Responsibilities
- Design and execute premium corporate events (galas, product launches, conferences) with budgets up to $2M
- Manage cross-functional teams of 10+ vendors, venues, and creative partners
- Develop innovative event concepts aligned with client brand narratives
- Oversee comprehensive project lifecycles: RFP to post-event analysis
- Negotiate contracts and optimize vendor relationships for maximum ROI
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and crisis management protocols
- Lead digital hybrid experiences using cutting-edge event technology
Qualifications
- 8+ years in corporate event management with $1M+ budget experience
- Proven success in luxury brand activations (fashion, tech, finance)
- Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation required
- Expertise in venue sourcing and contract negotiation
- Advanced proficiency in event management software (Cvent, Bizzabo)
- Exceptional stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in deadline-driven environments
