Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, plan, and execute 15-20 high-profile corporate and cultural events annually ($500k+ budgets)
- Manage cross-functional teams including vendors, venues, and creative partners
- Oversee logistics, risk mitigation, and budgetary control for all phases
- Develop innovative event strategies aligned with client brand objectives
- Negotiate contracts with venues, suppliers, and talent agencies
- Lead post-event analysis and ROI reporting for stakeholders
- Mentor junior staff and drive continuous improvement in event delivery
Qualifications
- 7+ years in corporate event management with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven success managing events with $250k+ budgets and 500+ attendees
- Expertise in venue sourcing, vendor management, and crisis protocols
- Strong proficiency in event tech (Cvent, Aventri, Eventbrite)
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or related field
- Exceptional project management and stakeholder communication skills
- Portfolio demonstrating diverse event types (galas, product launches, conferences)
