Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to consistently exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Identify, qualify, and nurture enterprise-level prospects through outbound prospecting, networking, and cold calling.
- Conduct high-impact product demonstrations and presentations to C-suite executives and key decision-makers.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial lead generation through contract negotiation and closing.
- Maintain accurate pipeline data in Salesforce, ensuring forecast accuracy and team collaboration.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to refine value propositions and improve conversion rates.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B enterprise sales, with a proven track record of exceeding quotas in the SaaS or Technology sector.
- Strong understanding of the sales cycle, negotiation tactics, and value-based selling methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in CRM software, specifically Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive.
- Self-motivated with a high degree of resilience and a results-oriented mindset.
