Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities within the designated territory to drive revenue growth.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial lead generation through to contract negotiation and closing.
- Conduct high-level product demonstrations and presentations to C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and upsell opportunities.
- Utilize CRM software (Salesforce) to track pipeline progress and forecast sales accurately.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and go-to-market plans.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape to provide strategic insights to leadership.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4-5 years of proven experience in B2B software or technology sales.
- Demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas and targets.
- Strong proficiency with CRM platforms, specifically Salesforce.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
