As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic relationships with C-level executives, and driving significant revenue growth for our platform.
Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold calling, and outbound email campaigns to identify and qualify high-value enterprise leads.
- Consultative Selling: Conduct discovery calls to understand client pain points and present tailored solutions that demonstrate clear ROI.
- Closing Deals: Navigate the complex sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing, ensuring a seamless client experience.
- Quota Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets using a consultative approach.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records in Salesforce, tracking pipeline activity, forecasting revenue, and managing pipeline health.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and improve conversion rates.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software sales.
- Track Record: Demonstrated history of exceeding sales quotas consistently (top 10% performer).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex value propositions to C-Suite stakeholders.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in using CRM tools, specifically Salesforce, and navigating the sales cycle.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
- Self-Motivation: A self-starter who requires minimal supervision and possesses a strong 'hunter' mentality.
