Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design of complex power electronics systems, including AC/DC and DC/DC converters.
- Conduct in-depth thermal analysis and signal integrity simulations to optimize system performance.
- Oversee the full PCB design lifecycle, from schematic capture to layout and verification.
- Define and execute rigorous testing protocols to ensure compliance with UL, IEC, and IEEE safety standards.
- Mentor junior engineers, conducting technical reviews and fostering professional growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including firmware and mechanical engineers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in power electronics or embedded systems.
- Expert proficiency in PCB design tools such as Altium Designer, Cadence OrCAD, or PSpice.
- Strong command of MATLAB/Simulink for system modeling and analysis.
- Proven track record of managing projects from concept through to mass production.
