Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Lead the end-to-end design of complex power electronics, circuit schematics, and PCB layouts.
- Simulation & Analysis: Utilize industry-standard tools (MATLAB, PSpice, LTspice) to simulate and validate circuit performance before prototyping.
- Testing & Validation: Develop rigorous test plans and conduct bench testing, environmental stress testing, and compliance testing (IEEE/IEC standards).
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior engineers and interns, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive technical documentation, including datasheets, design for manufacturing (DFM) reports, and schematics.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with mechanical engineers, firmware developers, and project managers to ensure seamless integration of systems.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE/MSEE) required.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in power systems, embedded systems, or high-voltage electronics.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Altium Designer, or OrCAD. Strong knowledge of analog and digital circuit design.
- Simulation: Extensive experience with simulation software for circuit analysis and control theory.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
