Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize electrical systems for renewable energy infrastructure
- Lead PCB design and validation for high-reliability industrial applications
- Perform power electronics simulations and thermal analysis using industry-standard tools
- Collaborate with firmware engineers to integrate hardware-software solutions
- Ensure compliance with UL, IEC, and IEEE safety standards
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct design reviews
- Research emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in power electronics and embedded systems
- Proficiency in Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro, or similar EDA tools
- Expertise in MATLAB/Simulink for system modeling and simulation
- Strong knowledge of three-phase motor drives and battery management systems
- Experience with ISO 26262 functional safety requirements
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects from concept to production
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
