Responsibilities
- Lead design and optimization of power electronics systems for solar inverters and energy storage solutions
- Develop and validate PCB layouts using Altium Designer with EMI/EMC compliance standards
- Conduct simulation analysis using MATLAB/Simulink for electrical circuit performance
- Manage prototyping, testing, and certification of high-voltage electrical systems
- Mentor junior engineers and implement best practices in electrical safety protocols
- Collaborate with firmware teams to integrate hardware-software interfaces
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years of experience in power electronics
- Expertise in Altium Designer and AutoCAD for schematic capture and PCB layout
- Strong understanding of IEEE 1584 arc flash and NFPA 70E safety standards
- Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink for circuit simulation and analysis
- Certification in PE (Professional Engineer) preferred
- Experience with renewable energy systems or smart grid technology
