Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design and development of complex electrical systems, including power electronics, embedded hardware, and control systems.
- Conduct thorough analysis, simulation, and testing of prototypes to ensure compliance with industry safety standards (UL, IEC, IEEE) and performance specifications.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence within the engineering department.
- Troubleshoot and resolve high-level technical issues during the manufacturing and integration phases.
- Prepare detailed technical documentation, schematics, BOMs, and design specifications for review and regulatory approval.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including software developers, mechanical engineers, and product managers.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions for product roadmaps.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field; Masterās degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in hardware design, power electronics, or embedded systems.
- Proficiency in CAD tools (Altium Designer, Eagle, or OrCAD) and simulation software (MATLAB/Simulink, SPICE, LTspice).
- Strong understanding of electrical codes, standards, and safety protocols for high-voltage systems.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical presentations and documentation.
