Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of high-stakes digital modernization projects across multiple federal agencies.
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategic roadmaps for migrating legacy infrastructure to cloud-native environments.
- Collaborate with executive stakeholders to align technology investments with public policy objectives and citizen needs.
- Oversee rigorous compliance standards including FedRAMP, FISMA, and Section 508 accessibility requirements.
- Manage multi-disciplinary teams of engineers, UX designers, and policy analysts to ensure agile delivery cycles.
- Champion a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement within the public sector framework.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in technical leadership, with at least 3 years specifically within the public sector or government contracting.
- Proven track record of managing $10M+ budgets for complex IT transformation initiatives.
- Deep understanding of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and government procurement processes.
- Active PMP or PgMP certification and familiarity with Agile/SAFe methodologies.
- Must be a U.S. citizen and capable of obtaining a Top Secret security clearance.
