Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO and content strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings for key landing pages.
- Manage end-to-end PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads) including budget allocation, bid management, A/B testing, and detailed reporting.
- Analyze website performance using Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console to identify trends, optimize conversion funnels, and reduce cost-per-acquisition (CPA).
- Collaborate closely with the Product and Design teams to ensure marketing collateral is optimized for user experience and conversion.
- Oversee the email marketing strategy, including list segmentation, campaign automation, and nurturing sequences to drive customer retention.
- Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, algorithm updates, and emerging technologies to keep our strategies ahead of the curve.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify market gaps and capitalize on new opportunities for growth.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4-5 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing, with a focus on SEO and PPC.
- Demonstrated expertise with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Google Search Console.
- Strong understanding of HTML/CSS and basic web development principles to optimize landing page performance.
- Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, or similar) is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present insights to stakeholders clearly.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and brand consistency.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
