Responsibilities

- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for brand expansion and competitive advantage.
- Mentor and manage a team of junior marketers and copywriters, fostering a culture of creativity and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with the design and production teams to ensure all creative assets align with strategic goals.
- Manage the annual marketing budget and ensure cost-effective allocation of resources.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing, communications, or brand management within a fast-paced media environment.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing multi-channel campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to write persuasive copy.
- Proficiency in digital tools including Google Analytics, HubSpot, WordPress, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field is required.
